Even 1 star is to much, night staff was loud,I hurt my knee trying to get out of bed to go potty.T I ended up with a bed pan....my pain was above and beyond from surgery and if I didn't request pain pills I never received any pain pills when they did show up they would only bring one pain pill andy couldn't have anymore even if the script said 1-2....There staff were old and would constantly tap on my leg that had surgery. They would read you a menu for meals....it was rare you received anything u asked for. They hardly came into the room, the bed had no rails and was the size of a child's bed. Finally received my quota of pain meds when the Villa physician came in. Meal tables were weak, U was afraid to use anything for support. My husband became fed up with them and we had my doctor release me.....don't go there it was the worst experience I've had.
