The Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa is a skilled nursing care and rehabilitation facility located in Roosevelt, Utah, positioned across from the Uintah Basin Medical Center. The community provides 24-hour skilled nursing care designed to help patients transition from hospital to home, with compassionate care professionals attending to the physical and emotional needs of residents.
