My step son just started living there tonight and the smell was awful and they are allowing the male and females stay in the same rooms together and allowing them to have sex they showed us the room our step son is going to be staying in and when the nurse opened the door she said oops and shut it back and proceeded to tell me and my husband they were having sex but no one bothered to stop it this is sick and should not be going on in places like this

This place is deadly its a disgrace!! My father in Law was taken to the E.R. one night not long ago, someone rode with him in ambulance bc he has Alzheimers, advanced stage, no family info came with him no medication list no list of medical issues, the person with him ...LEFT HIM THERE , didn't contact us or bother checking on him, the dr at the hospital called around for hours trying to see where he was from, this place WONT ANSWER, I did a popin and my in law was sitting in urine looked to be for awhile he was cold uncovered and crying no socks on in dead of winter, so I hid a camera and let me tell you now!! Get your family out of here!!!

Poor management. Never have seen a place this bad in over 47 years of professional nursing. New ownership won't do much if management is the same. Good luck my nursing friends.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. Nothing is clean or sanitary there. The smell of urine and musty moldy smell the second I walked into the building gave me a headache. We walked into my grandpas room and they had 2 other patients in a tiny room. It also smelt like poop. I had to hold my nose while I went in. They let patients just sit in filth and soiled clothes for days if not weeks. I don’t think they’ve given my grandpa a bath since he’s been there (at least 3 weeks) They had my grandpa on medicine he’s not supposed to be on so when we got there he was completely out of it basically drugged up and not his normal talkative self. He definitely wasn’t the only patient “out of it” when we got there. The staff is absolutely terrible and not welcoming at all. They just sit and play on their phone or eat snacks. Not once do I see them offer any of the patients anything to drink/eat or honestly check on a few of them. BUT you best bet they didn’t miss the smoke breaks they let some of the patients have. I think they had 3 breaks while I was there. That was infuriating to see. If they allow the smokers to go outside why can’t they offer the non smokers a chance to get fresh air. The only staff that was helpful and kind was Tiffany. This place needs to be shut down. For safety and health issues. The roof looks like it leaks and has mold everywhere. I’m so upset that not just my grandpa but other peoples family members are getting treated this way. It’s ridiculous.
