They say the grass isn’t always greener on the other side, but let me tell you. IT IS!! Go else where if you are somewhat different from the society norms. The Director of Nursing is bringing this beautiful facility into destruction with her discriminatory acts. You will not get fair treatment, but instead get bullied for just existing. The rest of the staff is good for the most part.

Reading the reviews I see most of them are from people who work there. As someone who has a family member that is a resident there I certainly don’t see 5 stars. I have witnessed multiple times when the staff has talked down too and belittled the family of the resident. They quote there policy that varies from person to person who you talk too. When the family had concerns about the environment conditions that exasperate the resident condition they have nothing but excuses. For the amount of money that is paid I feel the communication and treatment of the residents care givers should be better. We are also fearful of saying too much because we are afraid that our concerns will be used a reason for retaliation against our family member. As this has happened before. It really is a bad situation. I pray in the future things will improve.

I highly recommend this place. They took incredible care of my grandma over the past few years and they made sure that she was kept comfortable in her final days. My parents and I are not local, so while they visited weekly, it was nice to know that the other days she was receiving quality care from people who truly cared about her. I can’t thank them enough.

I deliver to this place all the time. This is by far one of the nicest facilities I have ever been to. In both faculty wise and how clean it is. Every time I am here the staff is overwhelmingly friendly helpful and very caring. I would recommend this place to anyone.
