Under the new management, this facility is fantastic! All the staff and maintenance are professionals and love what they do.. Shout out to Sherry and the nursing staff for caring above and beyond and always going the extra mile!

I have tried for 3 weeks since my mom left to contact the admissions an get the follow up done for my mom's needs on physical therapy an meals on wheels an physical needs an Noone will return calls from this place. Can call daily during business hours leave message an no answers. Does anyone know how to get hold ofget a hold of the owner or what I can do

Turns out it is the only 5 Star rated nursing home by Medicare within one hundred miles! If you want a high quality nursing home for your loved one located somewhere between Albany and Montreal, you can not do better than Mercy Living Center.
