Hello I want to say first and foremost this facility is a great place for your loved ones and have a lot of caring nursing assistants. I want to say Dimond has been a great inspiration to my aunt and has warmed my heart in so many ways caring for her. I really appreciate all hard work and dedication from her and I hope to meet many people with the beautiful heart she has .

I’ve visited Tucker Nursing Home and Rehab Center on several occasions with my choir, where we come to minister in song to the residents. Every time I’ve been there, China has been exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. She always assists with bringing the residents to the cafeteria so they can enjoy the music, and her kindness and compassionate spirit never go unnoticed. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and goes the extra mile to make sure they feel included. Thank you China, for your professionalism, warm smile, and dedication. You are truly a blessing to the residents and to everyone who visits.

I would like to recognize an excellent nurse — Cynthia Murray — who works in the llllong term care unit. She is compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated to providing quality care to her patients. She always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard, supported, and comfortable during their recovery. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and strong clinical skills make a huge difference on the unit. She is dependable, caring, and a great asset to the rehab team.

I have to say that my overall stay here has been great. I've played bingo, I've sung karaoke. I had a pretend trip to Hawaii, which was really great. Because we had ADJ, all the decorations and it was a lot of fun. We also had a picnic In the rest area which was really nice. Because they gave us snow cones, I was able to rest and I was able to get therapy to learn how to walk again and to use use my arms that to that helps you strengthen my arms, but I want to give 2 shot outs. And that is, to miss saturn Coleman, for her time in service, she has been such a great help to me. She has a great attitude when she comes to work, she's always smiling and cheerful, and she has treated me with the utmost respect, she has been a gym in a haystack. And I have to say, I appreciate her so very much. And she gives good care all around to all the patients and she never complains, she's never sad, and she works very hard and also I would like to send a shout out to Ms. Mimi, who is the shower lady here she is awesome. Sweet , she likes to play in my hair, wash and play in my hair but she has been great and I really appreciate her much now we do have some here, especially at night that don't want to do anything but sit back and get paid and that makes me angry. But the day shift with miss sattin. Is Great.

My mother was in the rehab side of the facility from March 26, 2026 until April 16, 2026. Let me start with positive things. They are undergoing renovations, and cosmetic changes. So you see improvements with the patient rooms; new restroom sinks, mirrors and toilets, wallpaper and floors. Their online registration process is updated and the welcome package is well designed. They have a handful of staff that show some concern for patients and others who are there just for a paycheck. The negatives unfortunately outweigh the positives. My biggest problem was their parking capacity. They only have less than 40 parking spaces for their staff and visitors. Good luck finding a spot when you visit. They say you can park at the store next door, however they only have a few spaces and they are full too. From the photos online it appears as if additional parking is behind the building….its not. Many visitors create their own spaces in front of the dumpsters behind the building . The faucet in my mom’s shared room had very low water pressure. After informing the staff they said they would get the company hired to renovate the building to fix it , but they did not do it within the remaining days my mom was there. The food menu was hit or miss. The sense of urgency was lacking at times too. Overall facility was better than the last two rehab facilities my mother went to, but the bar was super low. 3 out of 5 stars.
