I can’t begin to express how grateful we are to the community at Trustwell Living. My mom has done a complete 180 in her overall well being! She transferred from a facility where we she had become extremely depressed and introverted. Once she transferred to Trustwell, she immediately broke out of her shell! She connected immediately with the staff and residents. She loves the friendly and accommodating environment and can’t get enough of the top notch cuisine! This place really feels like a boutique hotel instead of a senior community and the crown jewel is the hospitality. Trustwell has really been a game changer to my mom’s mindset and motivation for the future. I can’t sing their praises enough! And a special thanks to Natalie and Jeremy for making the transition as seamless as possible! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ❤️❤️❤️

My mom just moved into Trustwell at Richmond Heights, and we've already had a wonderful experience. Moving a parent into assisted living is never easy. Everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.<br><br>Natalie has been amazing. Every staff member we've met has been friendly and genuinely caring. They have helped my mom feel comfortable in her new home, which has made this transition much easier for our family.<br><br>One of the first things we noticed was how spacious her studio feels. The high ceilings make a real difference. The full-size refrigerator gives her plenty of room for groceries, which she really appreciates.<br><br>If you're looking for an assisted living community in Richmond Heights or the St. Louis area, I highly recommend Trustwell at Richmond Heights. Knowing my mom is safe has given me real peace of mind. I don't worry about her anymore, and that means everything to me.

We are very pleased with Allegro! We love the relatively small size, which makes for a closer community feeling. Most of the staff are extremely caring, taking time to understand and help our elderly mother. We love that the dining room is open from 7am to 7pm - and the food & dining room service are great! Other residents are also very welcoming. It’s truly a nice place!

Before we finalized the decision to move my father here, I looked at many local options. None of them matched the light and airy feel, the fresh smells and casual elegance of Allegro. Allegro is a beautiful place. It looks like a cruise ship. The amenities are second to none. The restaurant is open 7am-7pm and makes each dish to order from a menu that changes daily. The staff knows each resident and are well-trained, receptive and kind. The place is clean. My father is safe here. He really likes the food and is often sitting in one of the lounges reading the newspaper or chatting with other residents. There is a library and a theatre, garage parking, patios and decks and even a little park adjacent to the building. the grounds are clean and landscaped. The rooms have high ceilings and large windows. AND it is competitively priced. I am here to see him almost everyday.
