I took my late wife there back in 2016 for severe back pain, they told us that it was just a muscle spasm and quit being such a baby about it and sent her home. She ended up in ucfc for well over a month due to their negligence the doctor told us if we would not have gotten her in when we did she would have ended up paralyzed from the waist down. Somebody needs to yank their AMA license and hospital license and shut them down entirely. I hate to do that to the community of Weaverville coffee Creek Trinity center and all the other places in the area but the hospital that cannot do their job properly is more of a hindrance and a problem than it is a help. If I could have left less than one star, I would have they would have received a negative four stars

As a heart Patient with diabetes, i visited the emergency room after having a serious episode of food Poisoning/Dysentery (visited the rest room more than 20 times and OTC medicines were not working). I was shocked to find that the attending Physician (Amber Flowers) did not treat my condition and discharged me without administrating any medication or stabilizing my discomfort. I had to endure another 24 odd hours of discomfort and could barely breathe or eat properly. However, the receptionist/ nurses were nice and friendly

It's great you have to wait an hour after your appointment before you can actually see a doctor and then you can only see him for 10 minutes otherwise they're excellent.

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews about this hospital. They took excellent care of my father when he was dying and great care of my mother when she was sick with sepsis. I've had nothing but good experiences myself when I've had to go into the ER here. That said, this hospital is a rural standby emergency care facility and not a high level trauma center - the nearest one being 50 minutes down the mountain in Redding. I think a lot of people's frustrations in the negative reviews stem from the misunderstanding of what this hospital is capable of doing. If you're having a severe trauma case you will have to be airlifted or transported down to Redding or Sacramento. It is what it is being a rural hospital in the middle of nowhere. They can only do so much with the resources they have.

This hospital and their staff are straight GARBAGE 🗑 ! Absolute worst patient care I've ever experienced 😒 Why is it even here if they dont do anything?¿ If you're having an emergency go to Redding. You'll end up 6ft under trusting these fools!
