The staff at this facility are hard working, dedicated, and passionate. They really do care. That all being said, the coorprate office should stop treating this facility and this incredible staff like a red headed step child that they would rather forget. Any problems that I see with this facility are truly beyond the pay grade of the entire staff. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff at Trinidad rehab.

Pros: Overall the experience was good. Cons: The staff (including doctors' & nurses') do not communicate with each other regarding the patients diet, care, and meds. The food has improved lately; however, when we first arrived (March 2026) the food was awful.

This is a very friendly and welcoming community. Everyone is happy and takes pride in their home. When you walk in the door you feel the joy. The entire staff is incredible!!

If there were 100 stars on this review it would not be enough. My sweet aunt has been in this facility for a long time, and our family could not be happier. Every employee treats their residents as special as they would their own . I have witnessed incredible acts a grace & kindness. I wish I could relay the comfort & peace we have knowing she is being so well cared for & at my aunts young 96 age it takes special people to make her so happy! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ♥️♥️🦋
