We had an outstanding experience with this home health care team while they cared for my grandmother. From day one, they treated her with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. The caregivers were not only highly professional and dependable, but they also took the time to build a real connection with her, which meant everything to our family. They kept us informed, were always punctual, and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, safe, and well cared for. It gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and kind hands. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for trustworthy, attentive, and heartfelt care for a loved one. Truly a 5-star experience.

A friend of mine recommended Touching Hearts as I needed some help (on short notice of course) with finding a temporary caregiver for my 93 year old Mom with dementia. Eric was fast as lightening in his response and so kind. The caregiver, Olivia, was prompt, kind, and attentive to the needs of my Mom. We are so blessed and grateful to have found Touching Hearts!
