Poor communication when it comes to contacting family members about our loved ones. Very unsafe for dementia patients. No bed rails, no fall mats, constantly changing medication without notifying the family first. Giving residents medication to restrain them causing them to miss meals and causing them to have health complications. No proper hygiene for residents. Not properly charting the residents care plans on a daily basis. Refusing to give information about residents to the residents power of attorney. This place is horrible.

This is one of the worst places Ive ever had the displeasure of visiting, I've had two loved ones go there and end up being placed elsewhere because the family was so unhappy with the lack of care, they do not do sufficient rehab as that would shorten the patients time there I suppose? Or they are just lazy? My friends Dr. Removed her because of that. If they had a good review you can bet its by a staff member,

The staff is friendly, residents are very well care for, the facility is clean, they offer alternative menu if you don't care for what's on the menu over all a great place.

I live here The food is garbage. Frozen, warmed up and full of salt, potassium, and phosphorus. I'm a kidney patient, and I have special dietary requirements. Everyone gets the same food, and it is all unhealthy and usually served cold. I see a huge chance of food poisoning. I've been here since January (7 months) and have missed many meals either because they forgot or it was inedible. The staff, with the exception of 2 or 3, is top notch, but the turnover rate is very high. I really don't think the administration cares. I've complained to the state, and the inspectors address my issues, and for a couple of days, things change a little, but then we go back to what it was.

My mom was sent here when she lost feeling in her legs and arms. When it was time to eat they dropped off the trey not cranking her old crank bed for her to sit up not aetting up a trey didn't make sure she had water let alone ask her if she wanted tea. My mom asked the nurse what medicine she was taking the nurse said i dont know a smaller asian nurse. How dont you no? You took the tab out. When picking up belongings we was told it was in a bag in the basement staff didnt go get it. When moved they left belongings in old room. I asked for ice water i i got ler in a room toget my own. She was not changed properly. Although this place might be closer your family member would be better off further away less visits maybe but has tobe better than here my mother wont be going back she will be moving further from me. This is are all abuse someone needs to be these residents advocates and get this rude lazy staff up to code there was a few good nurses as well as im sure a handful of good cnas but our overall experience was awful. The staff didnt know how to answer calls even heard them laughing about it while i waited and had to call back multiple times to speak to my mother. Bedside manner rude i asked for a pbj and was told she woulr have to ask supervisor 🤦🏼‍♀️.
