I absolutely love everything about this facility! The facility itself is always clean. The nursing and CNA staff are always so helpful, friendly and they are wonderful with the residents. The administration staff is amazing! The administration staff is always so kind and willing to help no matter what! My family member became a resident there in 2017 . The facility was very nice, clean, and the personnel were very helpful. Everything started to go down hill there around 2020 . There was a shortage of workers and the ones that were hired didn’t do their jobs, the weekend crew was the worst ! I never seen a group of people that Lazy in my life ! All because there was no supervision on weekends. My family member continued to become less mobile and needed more care that he was receiving there. I finally got hospice coming in to see him and that was of not much help either . He declined so much that he had to be placed in Flo Jones hospice house in Jonesboro. Where he was finally taken care of. My family member was private pay at Three rivers nursing facility I felt like we over payed dearly for the poor service he received there. My uncle passed away in hospice care on June of 2023. I will never recommend this place to anyone . And am sorry for the ones left there . It has takin me this long to write this review on this place I could say a lot more about some of the things I seen during his stay there . I hate this facility and hope I never ever walk through their doors again !!

I would not leave my love in that place.... they may think they're doing a good job BUT when I went out to visit a friend there was trash in the floors, trash running over, dirty floors.... I had 4 separate residents ask me if I could get them something or clean up their room, which I did... So reconsider before leaving your loved ones at Three Rivers... it doesn't help when you have thieves working there either..... And you knowwho I'm talking about....
