I had the pleasure of working with Bri Hurley from The Key, and while we ultimately did not move forward with caregiving services, I still felt compelled to write a review because of how truly supportive and responsive Bri was throughout a very stressful time. She consistently checked in, offered thoughtful guidance, and provided valuable resources as we navigated a move into assisted living for my mom.<br><br>Bri went above and beyond—always caring, never pushy—and her compassion really stood out. She connected us with Randy and Destini at Elite Estate Services, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Even though she knew there was no direct benefit to her, Bri remained engaged and eager to help. That kind of integrity and kindness is rare, and I’m so grateful.<br><br>Thank you, Bri, for being a bright light during a tough transition.
