Please don’t bring loved ones here. It’s dirty, smells, with rude staff. My grandma has dementia, and is kinda in a baby like form, and they truly don’t care. Left to go sit at the same spot, same table, same place every time I go to visit, with no water-snacks or her “toys” of which makes her happy in these stages of her life. And has had bad “falls”. When trying to bring up your concerns, everyone acts clueless of the concerns and gets defensive and rude.

Was always threatened with law enforcement whenever Id try to sign out a family member, always threatened they'd send people to my house too for whatever reason, odd bunch of people! Absolutely disgusting, thank god I got him out of there and hes in the process of coming back home to us, He was there for physical therapy but was kept there for a year or so with NONE at all! No wonder he didnt get better, hes way better off now and on track to coming back to being in his normal life. If we didn't get him out of this place he wouldve been dead by now. Don't send any of your family members here EVER!

This place took care of my uncle with the upmost respect. Mrs.Cindy was his nurse, and you can tell her and the whole staff truly cared for my uncle and my family! They were respectful and really navigated what needed to be done! I recommend this facility because of the care and compassion they have for there patients!

You can smell the strong dust in the bedroom. When you get to the front desk it looks nice but when you get to the bedroom the smell is strong. Bedroom, hallway and restrooms it looks old and need some serious cleaning or update.
