I love living here! We have lived here almost 3 years. They are actively beautifying and updating our neighborhood. The pools are wonderful and you can be as busy and involved as you like. I feel safe and love my home here.

I am a retired disabled military veteran that moved into this community 2 months ago...huge regret! I do not recommend considering this community at all! The HOA here is expensive and absolutely ridiculous to deal with. They have very aged ideas of what a community should look like and very hypocritical about how they pick and choose what infractions to act on. Not about whats best for the environment by the way, or looks beautiful, they are more focused on a narrow view of outdated landscaping that keeps the community looking worse than it should at this point of its origination.

The HOA is rude, inconsiderate and allows people to post derogatory comments on their community HOA page supporting antisemitism. This is not a community you would want to purchase a home in, especially if you have any expectations of privacy as others will photograph and film your property, or file complaints to get the HOA to issue fines against you for things that they view as "violations" which are not outlined in their covenants and restrictions documents, costing you hundreds or thousands of dollars to fight to prevent the HOA from seeking foreclosure to force you out of your home.

I drive thru the area near the River Road entrance on a daily basis, and the smell from the adjacent sewage pumping station, can be overwhelming 5 days out of seven. It stinks really bad.
