The staff here steals patients' belongings. My father was a patient there, and we brought him a suitcase filled with new clothes. Later, he was transferred on an emergency basis to Coast Plaza; when I went back to retrieve his things, they claimed they couldn't find them. It has been nearly 10 days now, and I still haven't received a response. My father never even wore the clothes—they were brand new, packed inside a suitcase along with other items, and everything was clearly marked with his name—yet all they tell me is that they don't know what happened. And now, they refuse to hand them over.

My mom was sent here for 3 weeks for rehab, after having a stroke. The care was exceptional from the nursing staff to the physical therapist team and the administrators! The nurses kept my mom clean and she was fed 3 meals a day. My family and I were very pleased with the outstanding care she received. THANK YOU ALL!!

We checked the reviews before sending my mom for rehab at Norwalk Meadows. It had a great rating and we had a referral from another patients family. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to the patients needs and individual requirements. They check on the patients regularly and ensure they are safe, clean and eating. Although my mom doesn’t like being away from home, we feel good that she’s in a place where she’s well taken care of.
