This facility saved my aunt’s life, who ended up being a ward of the state when we lost track of her. They are professional and caring, displaying empathy and love. My aunt was clean, well-fed and her health needs met. You hear bad things about nursing homes sometimes but this one truly does what it was designed to do.

Amazing, clean facilities and very efficient staff. No matter what I have asked of any staff member they have helped me in every way. They are taking the best care possible of my dad who fell at home and was taken to the hospital. He spent a few days in the hospital then transferred to Minecreek for rehabilitation. I am very pleased of the transfer and how well the staff handles themselves and the level of care he is receiving. I recommend Minecreek to anyone who needs to go to the Nashville area.

My experience was good, it concerned me that my mom was sitting on her couch in her gown, she told me that she she had to go to the restroom. When mom got up , and headed to the restroom , I noticed footprints, I the discovered my momma did not have a depends on , she had peed all over herself and her clothes were wet from the urine. I cleaned my momma up, put a depends and pajamas and dry socks on her. My question is why hadn't someone checked on my mom and made sure she was dressed before 10:30am? Mom was sitting there with wet smelly clothes on and I feel you wouldn't like for your loved one to be in that situation.

We are very pleased with the care that our brother receives at The Springs of Minecreek. The Director and staff are all very kind and compassionate. It gives us peace of mind knowing our brother is happy there. In addition…..the Thanksgiving family meal was terrific! Thank you for going the extra mile to make us all feel so welcome.

My brother stays here and as far as "nursing homes" go for people with limited means this one is pretty good. It is reasonably clean, decent staff and kept up. They are a little strict on the smoking rules but understandably for the clientele they serve.
