If you love your family member don't put them here unless you want them to die. This facility is a disgrace and other than a few wonderful cna they will ignore and mistreat your family member.

I love the birds very good idea. The halls were very clean no bad smells. I went to visit my sister her room was clean and so was she. All in all everything was good thank y’all for that. It makes me feel good about her stay there I hope it is always like that. Mary Hobbs

My mother was at Hillcrest for about three years and now my dad is there. We have personally known members of the administrative and nursing staff. They have always had a good intent and they have done a job better than I could do. My family and I have always appreciated their efforts.

Admitted my 95 old Dad on Friday November 26, 2021 at Prescott Arkansas. Came up on Thursday Thanksgiving day to look and get him room ready for Friday afternoon. Return on Friday and Sunday saff was very helpful and fully of smile. On both days I was there after my Dad was admitted saff came by at least 5 times to check ✔ on my Dad and visited with family. I would like to thank everyone for making his new beginning and my heart at ease. This was a hard decision! Thanks again!
