Holiday Springs of Escondido

Holiday Springs of Escondido is an independent retirement community where housekeeping and cooking are taken care of, giving residents more time to spend with friends, pursue hobbies, or take a stroll on the beautifully landscaped grounds. As part of the Holiday by Atria network, the community is guided by more than 50 years of experience and industry-standard quality practices, with an on-site team bringing more than 30 years of combined experience to daily operations.

Residents live in spacious, newly renovated apartments equipped with full kitchens, with a range of floor plans and monthly rental rates available for review, along with the option to schedule a tour. Independent and assisted/supportive rental rates do not include care or medication management services and may exclude phone, cable, or internet.

Dining is a daily highlight, with freshly prepared, flavorful meals served three times a day alongside warm conversation. The community also offers a variety of activities designed to foster social connection, including a monthly Social Series of events such as carnival-game afternoons, gameday-themed gatherings, and harvest-season celebrations with pumpkin treats and apple cider.

For residents who need additional support now or in the future, care services can be received on-site through third-party providers who lease space within the community, or residents can continue working with caregivers they already know and trust.

Located in the North County region of San Diego, Holiday Springs of Escondido offers easy access to local attractions such as Dixon Lake, Kit Carson Park, the Escondido Farmers Market, the Grand Comedy Club, and the San Diego Botanic Garden.
