I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home. Their therapy team is amazing, the food is good and the nurses and CNAs treat you like family. Even the people in the office are great, the don, the administrator, the social lady too. They are always smiling and friendly. You can’t tell your in a nursing home, it doesn’t smell like they usually do and everyone is just so nice and welcoming.

We love this nursing home! All the staff are very friendly from the office staff to the people out on the floor. They take great care of my aunt and truly have went above and beyond to make her happy. She has been there for six years and we do not plan on her ever leaving there. It is a home away from home.

Sad to say this facility has went down hill in the last couple years or so. My mom and dad and mil were there 5 years ago and you couldn't have asked for a better place for your loved ones, but now!!! It's nasty, oh when you first walk in it's nice and clean and smells fresh after you go through those doors and start down 100 hall you better have a strong stomach because the smell is gonna take you out. I addressed the problem sooo many times, nothing was ever done about it. We were there for approximately 2 years and had 1 care plan meeting which consisted of the social worker, activity director and a ADON that had no clue who my step dad was and could careless cause she was only gonna be there for a couple more days. The Administrator (when there) was always setting at her desk taking selfies or on a (conference call). Never had time for a family member, totally refused the care plan meeting and when you were able to catch her coming back from 2 to 3 hour lunch she always had an attitude and threw everything back on you, very very disrespectful to the family members. I have had my share of health care facilities to know what's right and what's wrong. The Only reason I give this place a 1 is because there is a handful of employees that truly care and try to take care of the residents. Where all these people are saying what a nice place this is is evidently confused with another facility. I promise you, you do not want your family member there.

My y family Member is in this facility. I called staff was rude Taylor left me on hold g For one hour never came back. I called for status on my brother R. Lindsey who is very ill and Someone name Syntoria stated she don’t have to give her last name, well let’s see about this.” was the Director of Nursing, was rude, refusing to give her last name, unprofessional, unethical behavior and refused to give me a status of my brother. I am very concerned about my brother R. Lindsey and will definitely report this unprofessional behavior to the power that be, authorities and social service department, medi cal and Medicare , This appears nothing more than a warehouse facility not a care center. Highly unethical , highly unprofessional. I’m sure you have to answer to someone.

The Springs of Magnolia is totally amazing for rehab as well as a nursing home. Patient care and their families are their top priority. They are getting ready to have a Christmas party for the residents. Spirits are festive as you listen to the beautiful holiday music playing. I personally can never say enough good things about the place and administration and staff are totally off the chain! I have always heard the expression"feel the heal"and now I truly know what it means. Because at the Springs of Magnolia I have witnessed remarkable healing and you can't help but feel the joy. The nurses are wonderful! The nurses aides are great. The front door scanners are wonderful women. The kitchen crew is awesome as well as the housekeeping and laundry department. Physical therapy rocks. It is one big fun party in therapy. If you ever find yourself with time on your hand and your thinking to yourself I would like to do something to help others but you just don't know what or where a good place would be to do that. Think about the Springs they are lovely warm wonderful people that stay there and work there.
