They get no stars at all this place sucks, I will not ever let my worst enemy up here. They was rude, and when you walked in you never got a hello how are you. I swear they are there just for the money. My grandmother in law was up here, she needed physical therapy and some where to stay to get help 24/7 which hardly happened. Granny also always cried that she wanted to come home because she didn’t like it up there and that everyone was rude. So please don’t put a loved one up there ever. We did pull her out and I will never walk foot in this building again(Just had to leave a one star which I wish I could leave zero stars). Also the way the room is laid out ain’t big enough for two people and they need to clean and have a better call light area and pay more attention to there residents. Your residents call lights shouldn’t be on for longer than 5 minutes especially if they have to use the bathroom. But hope this helps everyone out.

Please DO NOT allow your family members to go here! Worst rehabilitation center in Jonesboro! My father went & came home in worse condition. I would post photos of the wounds he has, but I don’t want it to get flagged.

Wasn't very happy with this place. Dad fell out of bed once and out of wheelchair once which he needed stitches. The food was served cold. I asked for a haircut for him several times and he never received it. I told them he had dentures and they needed to be cleaned and they never cleaned them. Showers weren't given much. I had to shave him several times. At times he didn't want it done but he hates a beard I shaved him. Found him with soiled linens many times.. yellow ringed once brown ringed. If you're a aide you know what that means. Found him almost out of his wheelchair one night after shift change. His clothes came up missing for awhile. Then his roommate had a pair of his pj's on for 3 days then they were thrown on floor. They don't know how to place the clothes that were soiled in the bag in the closet they threw them on the floor or left em on the table in his room. I told em I would do his clothes but they took em anyway. My aunt was there once and she told me about the laundry issues there. So I will not put my dad back there again if I can help it. It's like many of the workers didn't really care. But there were a few who actually did.

My brother has been there for over a year. The nursing staff and aides are very friendly and helpful. I have eaten meals with him in the cafeteria several times and even the administrator was in there working to get all patients and guest served. The administration staff is always there to answer any questions I may have.
