My dad lived at Silvernail senior apartments for the past 5+ years before his passing. He loved it there, as did we (his family). This actually became a second family to him. Silvernail is always so clean & well maintained. They inspect apartments on a regular basis to insure the resident’s safety. The director and staff always go above and beyond for everyone & everything they do. Between bingo, birthdays donuts, book club, monthly crafts, field trips, card playing, movie night, outside entertainment and more, there seemed there was always something to do. Decorations changed per season or holidays and it just made you smile when you came to visit. Congrats to all staff and residents of Silvernail. Outstanding job on all aspects of this community. Thank you for making my dad so happy the last years of his life.

I have lived at the Silvernail community for almost a year and a half now, and I feel the same way about this community as I did on the day I moved in. A wonderful and friendly community. One of the biggest pluses about this place is just how clean and well kept up it always is and much of this is credited to the manager Michelle Loberg.<br>If you would walk into the community, The Berkshire at Kensington in Waukesha, you would see just how fortunate<br>we are to have someone like Michelle as a manager. It is plain to see she takes pride in the place she works and manages and we then take pride in living here.

My mother lived at the Silvernail Apartments for the past 13 years until she passed. The residents and the Office Staff couldn't have made mom's residence a better home. Michelle Loberg, Property Mgr, Sarah Rexroat, Leasing Consultant, and Liz Zmuzinski, Resident Services Coordinator have all been above and beyond helpful for any requests or needs. They work as a team and treat their residents and their visitors with kindness and respect. The building is kept in tip top shape and mom always felt safe and at home for the 13 years she resided here.<br><br>My hats off to Michelle for successfully managing a homelike atmosphere and for the staff that brought activities and fun into my mother's life.<br>Thank you, I will miss all of you.
