Riverview Care Center left a patient stranded outside the building for 40 minutes after returning from dialysis via Uber. No one would open the door or answer the phone. The police had to be called out. 6/21/23

I am in senior home health care and have been so for over 18 years now. Not only seniors but as young as 50 for extreme health issues at hand. My 97 year old grandmother is in an assisted living facility and has been for 9 years, so I have some real idea of the care that is needed for individuals that require the “extra mile”. They have earned respect and dignity on this earth. Unfortunately I have had a family member in this facility for about 2 years now. She doesn’t have the funds for private care like others. I worked only 6 days, and it seemed to be a very nice place to work for. I became I'll and called in. The next morning while getting ready to go in, I received a text from my supervisor stating for me to turn my back in that day. The incorrect bank account number was put in for my payroll check. I was told by the Administrator that she would send an email to payroll and it would take them 24 to 48 hours to respond. Later after receiving NO communication back from the Administrator not even one time at all, I continually called leaving messages for regarding this matter. I resent the correct bank information and I did receive a one day check for the next pay period. This is why I knew that they had the correct bank account information. My supervisor informed me that I might have to wait until the next payday to receive my money for the previous pay period. Therefore, I waited 2 more weeks until then. I called them on the next payday which was Thu, August 13, 2020. I told many different different excuses of why I couldn't speak to the administration, Miss Denise. I even asked for the number to the main corporate office, but was told that there was no other number and no other person I could speak with. I called all day Thursday and Friday, until I was told that I was reported to the police for harassing them for pleading and begging for the 5 days of pay that I earned faithfully. I truly do not believe that this woman intends on paying me for the hours I work for which is against the LAW! I have since contacted a lawyer and the Labor department that assist with type of mistreatment. Why have I not received the money I earned? Is it that hard to reissue the money to me or cut me a paper check? It's going on 3 weeks now and I have not received my check nor have I received any information on whether I am ever going to get my money! What kind of person is this Administrator? I informed the receptionist over and over that the only money I have to pay on my bills at this time and no one in that office seems to even care. The administrator wont even have the professional decency to speak with me! The only thing that she has done us continually have the receptionist do her dirty work. I even caught the receptionist is a couple of lies! I cannot find any numbers to the corporate office and they will not allow me to speak with any other person over the Administrator. All I want is the money I honestly worked for. Do anyone have any information to someone else other workers at that facility I can speak with regarding my pay.
