There are a lot of good hearted people working hard to care for a large number of patients here. Like any SNF, we wish for more staffing and attention for our loved ones. Stay involved and be present to help out and learn names so you can show your appreciation for staff efforts. The CNAs are incredibly hard working. Ann and Meron were standout compassionate and competent nurses. Sandeep was a wonderful supervisor. This facility is trying hard to stay effective and relevant.

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to follow up regarding my visit to the rehabilitation center today. There seemed to be a bit of miscommunication, as I was unsure if our meeting was confirmed for Friday. However, I did arrive at approximately 1:45 PM. Unfortunately, it appears the Administrator may not have received the message in time, as they were not available upon my arrival. I completely understand how timing and communication can sometimes get crossed. That being said, I would truly appreciate the opportunity to return and properly connect. From what I was able to see, the facility is very nice, and I would love the chance to revisit and take a full tour. If possible, I would like to propose rescheduling for Monday. If Monday does not work, Wednesday would be a great alternative. Please let me know what works best for you and the Administrator. I look forward to connecting soon. Respectfully, Chef James
