We will help you as little or as much as you need with daily living tasks such as bathing, cooking meals and taking medications. The Assisted Living Program at The Palazzo has a staff of registered nurses and CNA’S. They work closely with you and your doctor to create a customized daily care plan. This plan ensures your well-being, by providing a support system for all your needs. This includes a Life Alert Pendant with 24–hour Emergency Response System. In addition, we offer on-going instruction for self-care to further support your independence.

Our Assisted Living residents are near to loved ones and friends, all the while enjoying The Palazzo’s ‘just-like-home’ setting. They love their attractive private apartment, enjoy a personal daily itinerary that includes a variety of activities, services and healthy dining. Maintaining and enhancing wellness and quality of life is at the core of our commitment to all of our residents.

Palazzo strives to provide quality programming and support for persons with memory issues from early onset through advanced Dementia. Skilled Nursing

The Palazzo offers 24-hour nursing supervision for anyone requiring the highest level of care. Whether it’s short or long term, our goal is to help residents function at their highest level possible. To ensure the highest level of support and care, nursing care is provided 24/7. Our skilled nursing team and therapy specialists work closely to create specialized care plans.

The Palazzo professional staff are an integral component of assisting families with traversing the resident/patient world. The team working with you at our facility are the nursing and care staff, the rehabilitation specialists, the activities and social directors and the financial experts.
