We have to of our Wards at the Palazzo in memory care. They are wonderful. The Nurses, Staff and Doctors are caring and engaging. I am very happy with everyone there.

I just wanted to share how amazing the Palazzo skilled nursing rehab has been as I’ve worked with in collaboration with them for years in hospice care. From day one, you can feel how much the staff truly cares. Everyone is kind, patient, and really takes the time to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported. The social worker Montserrat has been incredible — so helpful, so easy to talk to, and always checking in to make sure we understood everything and had what we needed. They made a stressful process feel so much easier. The director of nursing Vanessa is just as wonderful. You can tell they really care about the residents and their families. They communicate clearly, keep you updated, and make sure the care plan actually fits the person, not just the paperwork. I definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a Skilled Nursing Rehab

This place is absolute trash. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My father went for aftercare after a surgery. He was supposed to have his wound cleaned daily and it was done so poorly that he was sent to the hospital because the wound was too wet. When asking for simple things like water, it sometimes took 4 hours. Possibly worst of all is their social worker, Monserrat. I left voicemails on 3 consecutive days and when she finally called me back on a Friday, told me I should be grateful she called me then as she could have waited until Monday. DO NOT GO HERE WILLINGLY!! Would never encourage anyone to go here under ANY circumstances. Avoid at all costs.
