I have been a patient at The Orchard for five years and I would highly recommend this facility. The nursing staff is very attentive and caring. The therapists are very good at helping people rehabilitate. They always have activities going on to keep us entertained and on special occasions they hold candlelight dinners with entertainment. The facility is clean and the grounds are beautiful. I have been well cared for and am grateful to my nurses for the care they provide.

The Orchard a place where love and compassion meet. I see everyone working hard so all residents needs are met. Very compassionate staff regardless of what department they work. Like someone said they therapy department is where the magic happens, you see patient from being all dependent when arrive and walking when they leave home . I would Not hesitate to recommend orchard for a place to get better or even if you want to be part the team.

My great grandmother has been living in this facility for the past 6months and it has been amazing! From the lvns to the cna’s doing amazing work. We truly can’t complain or compare to other facilities. As soon as you walk into the building it smells CLEAN the entire facility is always CLEAN & NEAT! Thank you to the Orchard for the amazing service ❤️

My 91-year-old father has been staying at Orchard Post Acute Care for the past two weeks, and overall our experience has been positive so far. The staff have been consistently kind and patient, which has made a big difference in helping him feel comfortable during what is a stressful time for both him and our family. The nurses and aides check on him regularly, respond when he needs assistance, and treat him with respect and dignity. Communication has generally been clear, and I appreciate that the care team has taken time to update us on his progress and answer our questions. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and my father’s room has been kept tidy. The physical and occupational therapy team is wonderful with my father. His sessions have been scheduled regularly, and it’s reassuring to see him encouraged to stay active and regain strength. We are grateful for the care my father has received during his stay. Seeing him treated with compassion and professionalism has given our family peace of mind during a difficult period. We are so happy to have chosen this wonderful facility for our father.

My mom has been living here for the past 8 months while recovering from her injury, I truly cannot say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about the experience. From the very beginning, the staff made her feel comfortable, supported, and cared for her during what was a very difficult time in her life. However, the nurses, therapists, and caregivers worked together and focused on rebuilding her strength, mobility, and confidence. Communication was also excellent throughout her stay. The staff kept our family informed and answered any questions we had, giving us peace of mind. The facility itself was clean, welcoming, and well-managed, which made a big difference in her overall comfort. They were patient, attentive, and always treated her with kindness and respect. It never felt like “just a job” to them — they genuinely cared about her progress and well-being. We are so grateful for The Orchard who played a big role in her healing journey. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of compassionate, high-quality rehabilitative care.
