My mom has been a resident of Meadows Long Term Care Facility for 5 months now. She is in the Evergreen Wing. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff on her wing as well as the entire building. All your nurses, techs, housekeeping, administrative folks and everyone else all know my mom by name and know who my dad and I are and welcome us with open hearts each time we come, and we drive 2 hours twice a week to see my mom and we feel the love. My mom needs 24 hour care and so much medical attention, which your team does, and goes above and beyond to make sure she is taken care of. My dad and I can't say enough goods things about MLTC to everyone we know. We miss my mom being at home with us but we know she is in the best hands in the entire state of New Mexico. I also told my kids if I get dementia that they have my permission to take me to MLTC facility. It's also in my will.... NJ Anyone reading this, if you are looking for a place for your loved one, that is loving, caring, joyful, kind, considerate... this is it!!!! Thank you Everyone at NMBHI - MLTC God knew what he was doing when he put all of you there to take care of all these special people that we love!

My father is a resident at NMBHI Meadows Nursing Facility! He has been there since April 2023. I am so extremely grateful for the staff at this facility! They are responsive, caring, professional and kind! My dad has been happy with the staff. My family was no longer able to provide 24 hour care for my father. When we toured the facility, we were very impressed. After nine months, we are even more impressed. The staff love my father. He knows he is loved!! We would not have entrusted his care to anyone else!

Upon admission you get a set of sweats and a pair of velcro shoes...you then become a member of very exclusive club, and thus immortal. Glorious.

This place should be investigated from Dr to staff and lets not forget the building too! they mistreat they patients and don't follow up to code. Their staff is always mistreating their patients and make fun of them and not helping them with the patients needs.... This place needs to be investigated and a law sue needs to happen

T1 was ok staff was compassionate and try to help the first 4 days, The Sierra unit was a motel 6 with a drug pusher and incompetent and abusive nursing for the next 10 days waste of Medicaid money, discharged in worse shape than when arrived! Would not recommend Sierra unit to anyone seeking help. Horrible experience for someone with mental illness.
