I wanted to share my experience as a family who toured the facility ☺️<br><br>The staff here was so kind, welcoming, and warm. They were patient with us, especially through my grandma’s evaluation. They were so realistic and empathetic in explaining that they felt my grandma needed a level of care beyond the scope of assisted living, and that kind of gentle reality check was, to me, incredibly helpful. I felt supported in a way that I didn’t expect just going in for a tour and eval.<br><br>I wish we had been able to move my grandma in a year or two ago; I feel her quality of life would have improved tremendously and I’m sad we’ve missed the boat to have it as an option. So, if you’re on the fence, learn a lesson from us. Better to go too soon than too late ♥️
