Our interactions with Jordan and Jayden have always been lead with leadership, professionalism and genuine compassion for not only the residents but also us as family. They take time to listen, communicate openly and ensure all residents receive the care and attention they deserve. It's clear they are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and caring environment for everyone. If you are searching, I highly recommend this community for your loved ones.

One star is even to much. Staff have water fights in the hallways, play around all day, ignore call lights, swear and talk vulgar when Residents are around, and ignore Residents day in and day out. Management is not an example and doesn't set a standard. On one hand I can count how many of the staff actually care and are there for the love and well being of the Residents who live there.

Ryan and his team at the lodge treated my mom with the upmost respect and care for her final chapter. I would highly encourage you to place your loved one here. They will be treated with respect and dignity.
