The Iris is outstanding. Everything from the employees to the building itself meets all our needs. We couldn’t ask for a more caring, compassionate, helpful and social place for our mom to be. My husband describes the Iris as a cruise ship. So many activities are available, if you’re bored it’s your own fault. You’re fed delicious food, and can go back to you comfortable ‘cabin’ when you want peace and quiet.🙂🙂

Mom and Dad have been here almost a year now. We love knowing they are closer to us. They like the independent living with the perks of housekeeping, cooking and activities all being taken care of. Highly recommend for your seniors who need more than home alone but no assistance. Staff makes sure to greet everyone by name and family is encouraged to hang out with and eat with them anytime. They go all out for holiday parties for residents and families. Each apartment is different and can be individualized to make it “home”. There is exercise equipment on every floor as well as puzzles which seem to be a hit. Visiting family can stay in a guest apartment with all the amenities needed for a very low cost.

My grandmother Maxine Robertson has been living at the Iris since Oct 2021. They have provided her with the best care, three weeks ago she was shut in with an illness and the staff was very attentive with her needs. We appreciate the care she receives and for making her feel so welcomed.

The decision to place my parents in an assisted living facility was difficult all on its own. Finding one I trusted and felt comfortable with my parents residing in seemed like an impossible feat. A relative recommended Iris because her mother resided there and she appreciated the positive experience. I could not be happier with my decision to entrust them with my parents care when I'm not available. It's hard to find a place capable of relaying the love and gratitude we want to show our parents in their older years, but Iris has done well to relieve some of the worry and emotional stresses when it comes to the well-being of my parents. When my father was placed in the hospital overnight and my dog, Louie, stayed and sat with my mom in their apartment, Todd was an amazing help and a friendly face. He helped with taking Louie outside and has always done his best to lend a helping hand and leave everyone with a smile. Iris is a really good facility and the gratitude I feel is more than I can relay in this review.
