My mom was there for a year and while it was a really hard season for our family, the nurses on the memory care unit were caring and great. When mom passed, I donated her fridge to the memory care unit nurses station so they can have somewhere to keep their items and take care of themselves.

My Mom had a UTI and had already been to Reba's Rehab so it came back and she had to go to this place. This was back in 2019. While she was in there my sisters admitted her to the Nursing Home. Homestead said she had head lice and locked her in her room and she couldn't go eat in the dining area. They said she had dementia but she didn't. I was told that a UTI can have dementia like systems. The Dr that came in never called me back. The physical therapy people said she was doing very well. Then my sister put her on hospice care and she died less than 2 weeks later. They also called me a liar to my face 2 times.

Have not updated their building. No privacy in rooms not curtains between the beds. Hard to get in the building to visit family members. Most of the care team doesn't care about your love ones.
