This place has gone downhill since the new owner took over. Between the nursing staff cussing in front of the residents and telling them they don't have time to help them and the administrator telling employees to lie to STATE inspectors and to do things that create an infection control problem but to use "discretion" as he put it. I know I would never put a loved one in this place. If it weren't for the dietary dept being friendly id give this place 1 star.I

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Diatary has also went above and beyond for our family member. Laundry department went above and beyond.. I would highly recommend placing family members here for rehab or long term stay.

Just the maintenance director ensuring that our check-in/check-out system is functioning properly. I would still recommend Ridgeview for any nursing care or skilled therapy needs. We have a great team of directors who are here for the needs of the residents.

If could give negative stars I would. My husband only been there two weeks and stuff come up missing. I wasn't even added as emergency contact even though my name is on ll admission paperwork as his emergency contact and power of attorney. Therapy discourages patients instead in encouraging. I working on getting husband removed. Wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Oh and NO MENTAL HEALTH HELP What SO EVER. WORST NURSING HOME I HAVE EVER HAD DEAL WITH. They lie when say patient hasn't complained. as can see in their comment back. We had to call state on them and still nothing

This nursing home has a lot of passion. Residents truly come first and it’s a place where patient centered care is always #1. The building is clean and the residents are always smiling, as are the staff.
