Most of the beds are not automatic, they need more than lift for oversized residents. They do the best they can, but sometimes they seem to be understaffed. They need a better system for taking special orders for residents that won't eat what's on the menu. I do appreciate there efforts and they give basic competent health care.

Horrible experience. Dad sat for 6 mins before someone helped him up from toilet. The therapist hardly ever there and do Not do nearly enough to rehab. Zero to Very minimal care to get ppl back on their feet. He’s way worse off now. They want to keep them sick / there. Food was horrendous and not nutritious at all.

Paris Health and Rehab has extremely caring staff. Every time we went they were always very helpful and friendly. It was always clean every time we visited over the past several months. It's a hard job that they all do, and I'm thankful and grateful they took such great care of my grandparent.

Don't judge a book by its cover. When I drove up to this place, for the first time today, I thought what kind of place did I get my dad admitted to for rehab. The parking lot is full of potholes and the building looked kind of run down from the outside. I selected this place based on Google reviews and someone from the senior center at horizon health. I am a disabled LPN, and one of the things I have learned during my 32 years of nursing is the quickest way to know if patients are being taken care of properly is if the place reeks of urine. This place had no smell of urine anywhere in it. It smelled clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I even went as far as asking some of the patients, who spoke to me first, what they thought of it. All of them I spoke to sounded quite pleased with the place. So my first impressions of the place once I got past the front door we're extremely positive.
