Seems like great staff. The owner on the other hand was unwilling to discuss a possible improvement to harmony homes paid for fully by the client. I own a construction business and was willing to help my friend who is looking at moving into Harmony in the near future. She wanted a patio. There are options to stay within the regulations of an assisted living center and it would add value to the room. But the owner would not even let it be in discussion and became rude. I completely understand if the owner denies the offer but at least give 2 minutes to have some sort of discussion and be a professional.
