I have been at the Grand Pavilion for more than 2 weeks. There is a very comprehensive rehab program here. The therapists are very involved and genuinely care about the patients. The food is above average and reasonable requests are met. The nursing staff and support staff are very attentive and quick to meet my needs. The room is spacious and airy and very well kept. To anyone who needs nursing or rehab I recommend the Grand Pavilion strongly.

My experience here at the Grand Pavilion has been a wonderful experience. food is good and the staff that attends to you is good. they are very sensitive and caring. The nurses here gave me my medication with excellence care and was very responsible. I was able to go out with my family when they came and visited. The man at the front desk is extremely hospitable if he can help you he will. all the therapists in the gym understand your condition and they all try to help you out. Susanne was my therapist she was very good she will make you work and improve. I had no incidents while i was here. The coffee machine in the lobby is a great way for the Grand Pavilion to give back to the community. I loved the coffee and I'd hang out there. The doctors that cared for you here also were very nice.

So far surprisingly my stay here has been quite good, because I have heard bad things about staying at a rehab. But so far to my great surprise rhe care here has been excellent. The staff is very caring and anything that I have asked for I have received. My therapy is very good I have been working with Tony and I have been proved a great deal in the past 3 weeks I have been here. I was not able to walk before I got here and now it has greatly improved! I have made some really great friends here that im sure I will keep in touch with once I leave. I appreciate everyone here at the Grand Pavilion and recommend it to anyone who needs rehab.

Just wanted to send more positive than negative reviews because there were many people responsible, Most definitely, Reuben, their Concierge. He gets the job done, plus he’s so kind and sweet. Anytime I had any issue whether it was putting an a/c unit in window, he made sure it got done before he left at 5:00, or trying to get a message to p t , he was there. So many other times, also. The only issue I had with the facility was the ratio difference with CCA’s to patient and nurse to patients was that they had a huge workload like 16 patients to one aide. I felt horrible for them soo I would try to help my husband as much as I could. Thank goodness he didn’t require much help. Administration needs to relook at this situation to make customer/patient satisfaction better. Also there were many aides who still with all the stress did their job with a smile and that was Darlene. She was amazing, very compassionate and gentle with my husband. Other aides there were great too, Bebe and I forgot the other ones name but basically all good except the late night shift. The nurses Judith, Valentine and Angelin were wonderful . They did their job very well and any concerns/issues they were there. Also, beware, if you plan on sending your loved one here, and they have any other issues like urinary, etc., please make sure they have a house Dr. on call . They would’ve had to call a urologist in since they dont have one. Very concerning since most elderly men have uribary issues. That’s it , mostly positive though! Hope these professionals get the recognition they deserve!

To whom it may concern: I am writing to share my high recommendation for the Grand Pavilion. As a 61-year-old diabetic leg amputee, I initially chose this facility for its convenient location, but it truly turned out to be the best choice I ever could have made. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Tammy, the intake coordinator, whose warmth and friendliness immediately put me at ease during a time when I was a "nervous wreck" and in significant pain. My care team—including Concierge Rubin and Eitan, the nursing supervisor, the nursing staff, CNAs, and housekeeping—were all exceptional. I was particularly impressed by how spotless the rooms and bathrooms were kept. In any industry, you find people who work for a paycheck and those who work because they truly care. The staff at the Grand Pavilion fall into the latter category; every nurse and CNA possesses a nurturing spirit and is genuinely dedicated to the wellness of their patients. I highly recommend the Grand Pavilion to everyone in need of rehabilitation services. Best regards, Leon Magett
