I would give this place a zero but don’t have that option. This upper management are not very compassionate. They are very uncaring and charge you for services they did not do. This is the most unfriendly care facility to put your loved one in. BEWARE!! They treated our family awful. They over bill for services after your love one passes away and I feel this is out of spite and fraud. Horrible, horrible place.

Look beyond the newness of the building and read the FINE print. They are not only out to make a profit, they’re out to rip you off at any opportunity. They will deny credits, cheat, and withhold information whenever they can. The plastered on smiles are just that. Without exception, our large extended family picked up on fake/false friendliness.<br>The CNA’s work hard and do a good job, but the reception, kitchen and management of this facility leaves a LOT to be desired. There are better places out there, this is not one of them.<br>Beware so you don’t have the same horrible experience we did. Hence this review is our warning to anyone considering this place.
