I’ve been living at The Crest for a year. The location is super —close to shops and restaurants. The grounds are maintained, and I love walking Crosswoods Circle with my dog.<br><br>My 1 BD apartment has a spacious layout with tons of storage. The kitchen is small but works for me. My back door opens to a courtyard shared with nearby residents. The community is friendly and there are planned activities to join. The Crest also offers weekly trips to the nearby store and banks.<br><br>Jessica and Brooklyn are extremely pleasant. They are working hard to keep The Crest and its apartments in working order and looking great. Many improvements have been made and are continuing to take place<br><br>The Crest is a comfortable place to live. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed community.

Pretty concerned for the residents. I think the city and legal needs to really get involved with this property and the way this place is running. The residents currently don’t have working laundry facilities, safe balconies, they have roaches, and the worst part is they don’t have functioning air conditioning units.

I'm extremely disappointed with the living conditions and management of this property. What was once a well-reviewed elderly care facility has been converted into a subpar rental space with exorbitant rent. Safety concerns are rampant, including the lack of deadbolts on doors and electrical. The leasing staff's attitude is concerning, making residents feel like they'll be penalized or institutionalized if they speak up about issues like unreliable Wi-Fi or other building safety complaints. It's unacceptable to treat elderly like this.
