I could not give anything less than 5 stars for the care I received while staying at The Courtyards. I was on the short term wing (Presidental) and ended up being there for 6 weeks. While I was there I received physical/occupational therapy and wound care. Starting with the PT....the staff was excellent! They encouraged me to push myself farther than I thought I could go and feel like I met every goal with their help. OT...I loved the new therapist and please forgive me, I've forgotten her name. (Note to self...write things down i want to remember!) She had a variety of activities that made the time fun. The nurses, CNA's and Med Techs were fabulous! They were professional, many were friendly and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or self conscious in any situation. The Wound Care Team was on top of their game and i know it a direct reflection of their care as i am home and continue to heal. Housekeeping...I was blessed with individuals who took pride in their work and my room stayed clean and fresh. The kitchen staff was wonderful to work with as I had diet restrictions. Im trying to make sure I didn't leave anyone out! I don't take the care i received lightly. I stayed at another facility a couple of years ago and it was not the best experience. May sound strange, but I miss many of the smiling faces! It's good to be home but they made the transition from the hospital to The Courtyards to home much easier. Thank you all! This is a wonderful place. I am very grateful for the opportunity to come here! I want to thank everyone here from the housekeepers to the Drs. I really appreciate all of my CNAs, nurses, and therapists. I really want to thank my PT Beth. Everyone was wonderful, but I felt a special connection with her. Without her help I, wouldn’t be where I am now. I want to thank her for everything she’s done. I don’t have my life back to 100% yet, but with the help of everyone there — I’m back to 80%. Thank you everyone! Beth, I didn’t need a fancy pants rehab to continue my progress. I just needed someone like you to believe in me. I am writing to report an unpleasant phone interaction I had with your facility on 4/13/26 at approximately 12:00 pm (noon). I called the direct number to the facility about a tax document asking to speak to HR and the woman who answered was extremely rude and spoke with a hostile attitude. She repeated a number so quickly I could not write it down, and when I asked her to please repeat it she responded with a terrible sarcastic attitude and ended the call abruptly!<br>This behavior is unprofessional and made it impossible for me to get the assistance I needed. Please review the call, identify the employee involved, and let me know what steps you will take to address this matter.

The care my aunt receives is beyond amazing. Her care team is so supportive and invaluable. The wound care team is very good and on top of their game. As a nurse myself, I couldn’t have picked a better place to care for her around the clock.
