Reshawn Henderson, Toni Groswelle & Wade Williams were not only the most welcoming people but also the most helpful in a very stressful situation. I cannot say more about the three of them. They went above and beyond to make sure that my mom was welcomed at Claiborne which provided me as her daughter with huge peace of mind!

I recently toured and moved my mom to memory care at The Claiborne at Shoe Creek. I found the staff and everyone there very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful during this very stressful time. Jill Greig and Nurse Tammy helped me very much with making my decision to move my mom. The facility is very clean and very beautiful. The decor and the grounds are very homey and comfortable. Recommend highly.

Wonderful staff, brand new facility, and a “feels-like-home” environment. It is a difficult decision to move a loved one out of their home and into a care facility. We made this decision nervously as it became apparent my grandmother needed professional care. After researching area facilities, we happened upon a new and beautiful place right here in Central! Once my mother and aunt began the process of getting my grandmother’s details lined out and then us actually moving her into The Claiborne, all our previous nervousness vanished. Every expectation was met and then some. The staff has been overly helpful and accommodating. There are so many activities and entertainment options for the residents, which is especially nice for folks like my grandmother who are always on the move! Food service looks wonderful with different options every night prepared by the chef. Visitation has been easy and safe for all residents as guidelines for COVID-19 have been anything but constant over the last year. The staff has adapted and kept family accessible to the best of their abilities. I would strongly recommend The Claiborne for anyone looking for a member of their family.

My husband and I were the first residents that found our forever home at the Claiborne at Shoe Creek. We are still very independent except for a couple of physical problems. We wanted to make a move before we were not physically able to do so. This was tbe best decision we have ever made. The staff here are wonderful. We attend all of the activities offered unless we are at an appointment. We have a wonderful Chef, activity director, housekeeper, nursing staff and our new Claiborne Director has made some very nice changes and is aware of all resident needs. We love our community and are truly happy and content with our new home. If we have a need we only have to ask. If any of you out there are on the fence about making a move to an assisted living facility please come take a tour. You will be glad you did. Thanks for taking the time to read this review.
