I would 1000% not recommend this place. My grandpa WALKED in this place on Monday and was dead by Sunday. We went to visit him on Saturday and he was highly over medicated and had a mouthful of food they had put in his mouth and didn’t care that he was unable to chew or swallow it. We had to ask them to scoop the food out of his mouth he died several hours later

Our family will always be grateful for the exceptional care my mom Loretta received during the almost three years she lived at the Canopy. From the day we moved mom in, the staff welcomed her with kindness, compassion, and genuine warmth, making her feel comfortable and valued. It was clear that the Canopy caregivers truly cared about my mom and all of the residents, treating them with dignity, respect, and patience every day. Knowing that my mom was surrounded by people who looked after her well-being gave our family tremendous peace of mind.

What stood out most was the love and attention the staff showed consistently throughout her time there. They took the time to get to know her personally, celebrate her good days, and support her through more challenging times. The team went above and beyond to create a positive, caring environment where residents felt like family. Their dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt compassion made a meaningful difference in my mom's life, and we could not have asked for a better place for her to call home. I highly recommend the Canopy to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and loving community for their loved ones.

We are so grateful.

The Reilly Family

The Canopy at Azalea Grove is awesome! My mom has been there for over a year and I can tell you firsthand how wonderful the staff has been through this experience. They are always willing to help out and truly care about the residents. The nursing staff is so helpful and always a phone call away if I need them. Marcia, the activities director, is incredible. She plans a morning activity as well as afternoon activities. She is constantly bringing in entertainment from around the community. I would recommend The Canopy to anyone looking for a
beautiful and loving environment for your loved one.

How our free service works

Georgia asks us to share this in writing.

MyLivingChoice is a free service that helps you find senior living. We are paid by our participating communities: if you move into a community we introduced you to, that community pays us a referral fee. You never pay us anything.

We do not own or manage any community, and none owns us. Our only ties to the communities we list are the referral agreements that pay us and the listing upgrades some buy. A community that pays us is marked Partner or Sponsored on our site, and a community that has bought verification is marked Verified.

The communities we suggest may not be every one in your area, and we can only make introductions to communities that work with us.

To make an introduction we share your name, contact details and the care needs you told us about, and nothing else. You can stop using our service at any time, for any reason and at no cost, and if you do we will let any community we introduced you to know.

By submitting, you're okay with us and The Canopy at Azalea Grove reaching out by phone, email or text. Always free for families; if you move in, the community may pay us a referral fee, never you.
