The staff here is caring and respectful to residents. My uncle was here for a year, and I had the privilege of being an observer to the professionalism of staff under some challenging moments. Always treated each person under their care with dignity .

My mother was in this home in the memory care a little over a month. I moved her to a another home after she had a fall. No one was aware of her fall until I came to the home and started asking questions. They have a fall camera so I am not sure why no one knew what happened. This home is extremely understaffed for the number if residents. They also do not have very many activities. When they had activities, they did seem to get my mother to participate. The physicians associated with this facility are not responsive, communicative or helpful.

Shellye is awesome and is very knowledgeable about the senior living world. My stepmom felt very comfortable with all the information that was shared with us. It's a tough decision, but Shellye made us feel like this might be the place. Thanks
