Looks nice on the outside but I would strongly advise against this community. If are in a tough position and need housing here be sure to ask lots of questions before handing over any money. I was impressed at the level of unreasonable things happening here.

My mother has had a great experience at The Atrium so far! Erica & Jessy are responsive, professional, and are genuinely caring for her and all the other residents. Any issues I've had were handled quickly and efficiently. They offer transportation and activities. She was invited to their Senior Prom which had dinner, music and dancing. She absolutely love it. She met new friends and is looking forward to the next event. Thanks to the Atrium team for making her feel so welcome and important!

I (BH) became a resident @ The Atrium of Carmichael back in August 24’. I can honestly say , I love it here! It’s a clean, friendly & a well maintained apartment community. I’m very comfortable in my 1br and love my surrounding neighbors & environment here in Carmichael CA. My interactions with front office staff Erica & manager Jessica has always been positive. They seem to really care about the residents & the quality of life @ The Atrium! I also love the weekly activities & especially monthly community breakfast/brunches! Definitely a very good place to call home 🥰. Very peaceful and lots of shopping within an easy walking distance 😊👍🏽.

Great staff! Erica made my mom's move in so easy. The property is very beautiful and well taken care of. They even have baby ducks in the pond near the entrance. So cute!

Water turned off half the time. Moved out the middle of the month after paying for a full month and got almost nothing back. It's a nice place, Apts are nice, heat and air, not much storage space but no meals, which is what everyone wants.
