Very pleased at The appearance of the Addison, was not there long enough to observe any thing else. The person I came to see had a doctor appointment. Will be back again when I can stay longer.

The rate increases are driving everyone out. I’m not sure why the people can’t figure out that a facility with 20 something empty rooms has a problem and the solution is not raising rates by thousands of dollars a month on the remaining people. I talked to several residents about rate increases and they are all looking for another place to stay.

The Addison was amazing. I saw patients interacting, smiles on their faces ,and a satisfied look. The facility is beautiful, extremely clean, staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend The Addison to any of my friends in need of care for a loved one.
