I’ve been looking for the right place for my dad and finally found it. Thank you Robin for all the care, activities and attention you give to him and all the residents everyday.

I am the DPOA for a dear friend. I was the one who initially looked at the facility. the dining room is very nice. they have a Chef preparing delicious meals. The staff is very attentive. I was given a choice of rooms for my friend and picked the perfect one for him. After two other facilities where he was extremely unhappy with, Terraza has worked out really well. I often have a meal there too. and am very pleased with what they serve.... The neighborhood is also nice and quiet.... This is a good place....

We recently had the opportunity to visit here, and I must say that our experience was quite impressive. From the moment we stepped inside, we noticed how impeccably clean and well-maintained the facility was. The attention to cleanliness was definitely a positive aspect that caught our attention immediately. However, what truly stood out to us was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff we encountered throughout our tour. During our visit, we had the chance to meet some of the residents during an afternoon game of bingo. It was heartwarming to witness these folks actively engaging with us and initiating conversations. They didn't hesitate to express their love for living here, which spoke volumes about the positive atmosphere and sense of community that we are looking for. The facility managed to meet and even surpass our expectations. However, they do not have a pool on the premises, which my father requires for his aquatic therapy. While this was disappointing for us, we understand that it can be challenging for any facility to offer every amenity or service that suits every individual's needs. If your experience of finding that perfect home for your loved one has been challenging as we have had, you should tour Terazza as it’s a place that can significantly narrow your search. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and positive resident testimonials create an environment that feels like a true home away from home. Although the lack of a pool may be a drawback for some, I would highly recommend taking a tour yourself. Good luck.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Terezza while searching for an assisted living facility for my aunt. From the moment we stepped through the doors, I knew we had stumbled upon something special. The level of professionalism and the warm welcome we received were truly commendable. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a genuine smile from Tony at reception and a personalized message on their large television screen. It immediately set the tone for a positive and uplifting experience. The attention to detail in creating a personalized and inviting atmosphere was evident right from the start. Our tour guide and director, Robin, conducted the visit with exemplary knowledge and enthusiasm. She took the time to understand our specific needs and answered every question with patience and clarity. Her thoroughness in showcasing the various aspects of the facility impressed us greatly. During our tour, we had the pleasure of witnessing residents actively engaged in arts and crafts as well as participating in games. It was heartwarming to see the staff encouraging and supporting their residents' individual interests and passions. The model rooms we explored were exceptionally clean. It was evident that Terezza takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for their residents. I recommend Terezza to anyone seeking an assisted living facility for their loved ones. Thank you for all the time you spent with us Robin.
