Friendly and Helpful‼️ It’s not the exception It’s Their Culture❣️Me and my wife visit our friend who experiencing the onset of dementia and we have personally witnessed the Entire Staff being Patient Accommodating and Genuinely Loving in A Professional Way ❣️To be honest I wanted our friends to select a different place But I Was Wrong ‼️ Honestly Chose Terraces = No Regrets

We have had my dad at the Terraces now for about 6 months and are really happy with this facility. What matters most to me is that my dad is - and feels - taken care of. The staff here has been great to him and he appreciates all that they do and the investment they take in making sure he is happy and well. Since the kitchen remodel, the food has been wonderful and I really enjoy joining my dad for dinners. The staff is very personable, calls both my dad and I by name, and remembers his favorites meals and preferences. We both really appreciate the care from the Terraces and look forward to continuing his stay here.

My wife and I recently toured this place with my father, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Bryanna greeted us with warmth and kindness. She immediately put me at ease and made my father feel truly welcomed. We stayed for lunch, and for the first time in a long while, I saw my father laugh and even playfully flirt with the staff. While we apologized, the ladies were incredibly gracious and understanding—it was a joy to see him so lighthearted again. Kristine was also wonderful. She took the time to talk with my father, helping ease his concerns with compassion and care. Watching them share a quiet, meaningful moment brought a tear to my eye. This place is truly special, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.
