Came here to check up on a family acquaintance who does not have any immediate family members…<br><br>Room immediately smelled of feces.<br><br>That’s to be expected, but the diapers were not changed.<br><br>I get it, nobody wants to do that. But she complained that nobody had came to help her after pressing the help button.<br><br>They only changed her diaper because we were there to notify the staff. Someone who is sick and vulnerable could possibly know they messed themselves. The fact that she waited for an extended period of time before she received help makes me cautious of a place like this.

The whole staff took great care of our dear Mom during both of her stays. Everyone was very accommodating to our family, and Laura in the business office really helped us navigate and resolve all the insurance claims in such a kind and empathetic manner. my grandma she need help her somethings to do because she needs rehabilitation and speech physical and occupational therapy she need it because teach her independent life in the future please teach her how to do<br>she is okay for my grandma please take care with my grandma rehabilitation more activity program for her when she getting a lot for programs and she want go home in the future life<br>please one more things<br>she need a daily life skills physical speech occupational she need board pecs for communication body system important a lot the skills need to help goals and learn new things for her in the life this note for terrace view care center help my grandma only I send message for center to look it she need help her conversation more again with my family in the lifestyle.
