Facility was very clean. The staff member Elizabeth, with whom we interacted, was courteous and caring.

My dad has been here for 4 days and so far I’m very pleased with his care. He loves the food except the oatmeal. His care team has been very available to me. He is clean and well taken care of and OT and PT are all working together with the nurses to make sure he is comfortable and well cared for. The facility is very clean. I’m not sure about the price point because it’s covered by his insurance.

Where do I start? This is the worst place to recover. My mom has been here since May after major surgery. Instead of helping her to bathroom they chose to put her in diaper. When she would get herself up and in wheelchair they would yell at her to call for help- which she would and they would take a hour to get to her. I had a meeting with social services and case worker on July 28th to talk about getting her home- what is game plan as we are looking for a week or 2. I was assured all supplies and home care was being taken care of. I follow up in a week and no one knows what’s going on - they change case worker so she now has to get caught up. 2 weeks later still no plan on sending her home. She needed labs for an upcoming appointment- paperwork was given on the 22 of July - they waited until 8-20 to finally take action. Communication among staff is horrible here. You have to dedicate your time and babysit in order to get proper care. The only positive I can say is the wound nurses Vinny and Tyrell are the only ones that care and take time to listen to you- the rest of staff does not care about there patients here.

Everyone I encountered during my brief stay at Temecula Valley Hospital was wonderful. The staff was kind, attentive and efficient.
