TBI Care provides 24/7 residential care for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and complex medical and behavioral needs in Phoenix, Arizona. The organization operates three specialized homes across the Phoenix area in North Phoenix, South Phoenix, and Gilbert, with a fourth 10-bed residence opening in Fall 2026 in Laveen. Each home is designed as a true residence where residents receive personalized, consistent care in a structured yet supportive environment.

The care team delivers hands-on support with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing, along with medication management, behavioral support, and coordination of medical and therapeutic services. Staff work closely with providers, case managers, and families to ensure individualized service planning. Caregivers are certified through the Arizona Board of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and are selected for both expertise and commitment to resident well-being.

Daily services include freshly prepared meals with attention to dietary preferences and allergies, as well as daily exercise programs to maintain physical well-being and independence. The community emphasizes a structured atmosphere where residents are treated with respect and dignity, with staff providing hands-on personal care and building trust through sensitive, professional interactions.

TBI Care has been operating since 2013 under the ownership of Scott and Mark Greenberg. The organization accepts ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) coverage for qualifying individuals, as well as private pay options, and assists families through the ALTCS qualification and enrollment process.
