I've had the pleasure of visiting Taylorville Care Center on several occasions in a professional capacity, and I'm consistently impressed by the warmth and dedication of their team. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a genuine home-like atmosphere that you can feel the moment you walk in. Danielle in Social Services deserves special recognition — she is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly passionate about advocating for the residents and families she works with. Her professionalism and follow-through make collaboration seamless, and it's obvious she truly cares about the people in her care. The staff as a whole are attentive and engaged, and you can see that resident well-being is the priority here. Taylorville Care Center is a real asset to the community.

During my many visits I was impressed with how kind the staff was and how clean the grounds and building are. Loved the Christmas lights. Thanks for all you do.

My family has recently had to find nursing home placement for our parents. We toured multiple facilities in the area, and Taylorville Care Center was by far the best. The facility is beautiful (and visibly clean - without a smell), the staff was friendly, and the residents seemed happy. The decision to move mom and dad into a “home” that isn’t their own, is hard…. But the folks and environment at this place make it easier.
