My dad is currently a patient here and the staff have been great with him. His care team works well together there and includes his family on all his medical updates and progress notes. He’s made leaps and bounds of improvement in therapy as well and can get around decently well now again!

I was sent here for rehab after congestive heart failure and diabetic issues. I need to regain my physical strength. The PT, OT, and ST folks were great. Some of the professional nursing staff are also great. Unfortunately, the majority of the nursing staff, especially on night shift, were inattentive, disrespectful, and rude. They have no respect for the residents and treat everybody like we are little senile old people on our deathbeds and not worthy of being treated like intelligent adults. I am only here for physical rehab... not skilled care. Also, I am not allowed to have a diabetic or heart healthy diet. I was told that I just have to eat what everybody else eats. There are no alternatives and no choices. I also have been denied access to a bathroom and have to use a commode for my whole stay. Consequently, my room smelled horrible most of the time. There are no alternatives and no choices.
