A big thank you to TLC for finding care for my dad during a crisis situation. I live out of state and the responsiveness of the TLC staff was really great. My dad is not an easy patient (cannot emphasize this enough!) - he was very sick (he is also in hospice care) and was very depressed due to my moms passing in late 2021 - combine that with extreme stubbornness about not wanting care and it was a very stressful period for me and my family. The nice part of TLC is we could do some trial and error with caregivers to see who could deal with my dad. We finally found someone in short order and Laura was perfect for him culturally and personality wise. My dad is doing so much better now in terms of his disposition, sleep, and overall health, though he still has a terminal condition. I know I can contact TLC with any situation and they’ll help me find a solution.

I was assigned an aide named Geraldine. If you get Geraldine, you're in great hands! She knew the precautions needed to uphold a clean and safe environment and ensured that our environment remained that way. Knowledgeable of healthcare. Instinctive about what to do. Dynamic personality and ready to work. Bilingual so language barrier wasn't an issue. Geraldine seemed passionate about her job and professional at all times.<br><br>When you or your loved ones are going through difficult times, you'll want someone that will bring as much help and comfort as possible. I was very happy with Geraldine's efforts. I would definitely recommend TLC to anyone who is looking for an aide for themselves and/or their love ones.
